Our product is made of high-chromium stainless steel with optimized carbon-chromium ratio, which has excellent wear-resistance and stronger fatigue-fracture resistance. The forging raw materials have been carefully processed with a scientific early-stage heat treatment for better result. The die’s hole adopts European gun-drilling process followed by a vacuum heat treatment process. As a result, the die hole finish can reach Ra 0.4 ~1.6, and the ring die’s hardness can reach 52 ~ 55 HRC.
