GZJ/ZD-1/GZJ/ZD-2 Automatic Sealant Filling Machine
Introduction:
This machine is composed of frame, tube box, cartridge transporting machine, pneumatic filling pump, automatic cap arranging and transporting machine, pneumatic cap pressing device, electric controlling system, etc. It's special for the sealant which will be packed with the cylindrical cartridge stuffing at the bottom.
This machine fills the tubes by the way of transporting the cartridges erectly and filling the single vertical nozzle at the same time. The main functions include automatic cartridge transporting, automatic vertical filling, automatic thread cutting (after filling), automatic cap arranging and transporting, automatic pneumatic cap pressing, automatic detecting, single worker operating, etc. The detecting sensor insures the warning and stopping when there is no cartridge.
The machine can connect with two pressing distributing machines. During the working process, one of the machines is in the working condition. When the barrel material in one machine is used up, another pressing distributing machine will start to transport the material automatically.
The electric control system adopts the controller to control the touch screen. The operating is easy and stable.
