※Description:
Full Automatic Peanut Frying Machine can adopt electricity, natural gas, diesel and coal fuel as heating source. It adopt double layer structure which make sure the frying material is under the oil level and adopting oil-water separator technology, the scraps that produced can be fall into water automatically while frying, so it will not waste oil.
This kind of fryer can save much more oil by 50%-60% than normal fryer. It is suitable for all kinds of fried foods and the oil temperaturecan be adjusted from 0-300°C ( 572 degrees F ). While frying, it will not appear carbonization phenomenon . The oil can be recycling reused and No need to change oil everyday.

The fryer is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized food factories. The applicable products are: nuts such as broad beans, green beans, peanuts, cashew nuts; puffed foods such as rice crackers, potato chips; pasta products; meat products such as meat pieces and chicken, and so on.

Advanced oil-water mixing technology: automatic filtering of residues can extend the oil change interval and reduce oil costs.
Fully automatic operation: It can realize automatic feeding, automatic stirring and automatic discharging, etc., thereby reducing labor costs.
Automatic temperature control: The entire oil temperature is automatically controlled, and the temperature can be set freely from 0-230 degrees, which is suitable for frying food with different process requirements;
Water layer independent temperature control system: ensure that the water temperature of the lower layer is kept below 55 °, and ensure the safety of the oil-water contact layer.
