6inch Directional Drill Bit with 4 Wings Use For Deep Well Drilling
Characteristics:
1. The crown surface of the drill bit is a flat surface, which is suitable for hard and non-abrasive formations. It can be used for strong directional operations and has good orientation.
2. The top surface of the drill bit is a shallow cone surface, which has strong guidance, good cleaning effect and strong aggressiveness. There are 4 water holes on the surface, which is conducive to removing cuttings at the bottom of the well.
3. The counterclockwise staggered arrangement of PDC bits is used to fully cover the bottom hole cutting, with good cutting effect, reducing the number of PDC bits used, high ROP and stable drilling.
4. The composite sheet with high impact resistance is used to evenly distribute the teeth, and the back inclination angle is controlled at 13°-16°. The type of the composite sheet is 1308, which has strong aggressiveness.
5. The blade blade of the drill is micro-spiral, and its diameter-gauge surface is inlaid with diamond polycrystalline composite sheet for diameter-keeping, which has enhanced wear resistance and good diameter-keeping effect, so that the cutting teeth can be efficiently used and the stability of the drill bit is improved.
