Anti-ultraviolet: One side is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, which can prevent ultraviolet light from passing through and protect valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet damage.

Flame retardant: The national standard GB50222-95 confirms that the PC board is difficult to burn, that is, B1 level. Its own ignition point is 580 degrees Celsius, self-extinguishing after the fire, burning will not produce toxic gases.
Flexability: It can be installed into arched, semi-circular roof and window by cold bending according to the design drawing. The minimum bending radius is 175 times of the thickness of the plate. It can also be hot bending.
Sound insulation: The sound insulation effect is obvious, and the sound insulation is better than the glass and acrylic plate of the same thickness.
Energy saving: It has a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, and the thermal insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than that of the same glass, which is used in buildings with heating equipment and is an environmentally friendly material.
Temperature adaptability: PC board does not occur cold and brittle at -100 ° C, does not soften at 135 ° C, and has no significant changes in its mechanics and mechanical properties in harsh environments.

5. How to identify the UV side of the sheet?
A: The UV side is the side protected with the printed masking film. To avoid installing the sheet at the wrong side which will void the warranty, please ensure only to remove the masking film after the sheet has been installed.

6. How do I know that a twin wall polypropylene sheet has UV layer?
A: You can’t see the UV layer with the naked eyes. A laboratory test is required to prove this. Some international labs have this facility. Usually UV side layer will more thicker than the down side.
