Large flow and high-pressure flushing method water-based ink screen cleaning machine MT-4100W is specially designed for use in cleaning PCB stencil screen for SMT assembly process. MT-4100W water-based ink screen cleaning machine is used for automatic cleaning of water-based ink printing screens. MT-4100W ink screen machine adopts the large flow and high-pressure flushing method. This method is developed to quickly remove residual ink on the screen, and it can be placed for use after cleaning. MT-4100W is equipped with a user-friendly control system; cleaning time, spray pressure, and spray rod speed can be adjusted freely.

1. High-quality electric hydraulic pump to achieve high-pressure jet flushing.
2. The whole structure is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and durable.
3. One-button operation, cleaning, and drying are automatically completed at one time according to the set program.
4. The cleaning pressure, time, speed, and other parameters can be automatically adjusted as required.
5. Equipped with an anti-dry pumping control system to automatically protect the hydraulic pump when the water volume is insufficient.
6. The machine is completely sealed and sprayed for cleaning.
7. The cleaning fluid is circulated and filtered, which can be reused, saving water, and reducing emissions.
8. Modular controller, easy to repair and maintain.
