MT-24 Automatic compressed air bow-dry SMT nozzle cleaning machine is a machine that can clean 24 nozzles at the same time. MT-24 cleaning machine adopts a multi-nozzle jet cleaning method to clean hardened solder paste clogged on the nozzle. The MT-24 machine has a fully automatic cleaning functionality and capable of cleaning 24 nozzles each load. This machine is compatible to use to all types of placement machine nozzles (different types of nozzles use different fixture trays). This nozzle cleaning machine is designed to provide a shorter cleaning time and giving a high cleaning effect. MT-24 Automatic compressed air bow-dry SMT nozzle cleaning machine is simple and easy to operate.
Machine features:
1. Cleaning 24 nozzles at a time, with short cleaning time and high efficiency.
2. Instead of traditional manual cleaning, solve the problem of ultrasonic cleaning, and reduce the occurrence of patch throwing.
3. Atomized water flow supersonic jet cleaning, completely solve the dirt and impurities that cannot be cleaned by ultrasonic.
4. It will not be unclean due to the smaller and smaller nozzle aperture.
5. The cleaning is more thorough, which directly extends the life of the suction nozzle, and the cleaning rate is over 99%.
6. A special cover plate protects the surface coating and reflector of the nozzle.
7. Clean with pure water or deionized water, no cleaning agent is used.
