Water based stencil cleaner is used the water based solvent as the cleaning liquid, apply high pressure spraying cleaning and ringsing, also hot air drying to fulfill all the process, mainly for cleaning stencil, plastic mesh,PCB/PCBA, squeegee etc.

1. Used to clean stencils, PCBA, etc, with the water-based solvent, adapt high pressure spray system.
2, The whole process including cleaning, ringing and drying, cleaning process: cleaning chemical isolation - rinsing (open loop/closed loop) - drying.
3, 360 degree rotation spraying cleaning, no blind cleaning area.
4. Double liquid tank, equipped with heating system, implementation needs cleaning-rinsing-drying.
5, Window cleaning pressure can be adjusted independently, process is more wide, solve the SMT stencil tension in the process of high pressure cleaning problem.
6. Liquid and the pump pressure can be displayed through the panel pressure gauge, feedback the equipment running status in time .
