330mm Linear Cutting Blades PCB Depanel Without Cutting Stress

 

 

PCB Depanel Description:

It is air drien with 2 linear blades design, working similar to a scissor to low the cutting stress, so that the components won't be damaged during depaneling. It is available for all v-scoring panels depaneling.

 

PCB Depanel Features:

1. The machine is driven by air, it has lowest stress without bending and tension to protect PCB from damage during cutting.

2. Footpedal control, adjustable cutting speed.

3. Max 2mm blade clearance to avoid accident, operator is unable to insert fingers into it.

4. Blades are customizeable for panels with close components mounted.

5. Blades can be re-sharpened for 2-3 times.

6. Cylinder driven to make workshop clean and environmental.
