Jet technology:
Non contact fully digital jet dispensing has many advantages compared to traditional dispensing valves. The Vjet spray valve uses a high-speed mechanical device to spray precise amounts of glue in the form of dots, lines, and graphics. Its high flow rate can reach 750 milligrams per second and 300 dots per second. The spraying technology overcomes the unavoidable defects of traditional spray valves - no scattering, simple and fast debugging and maintenance, and not affected by substrate deformation, so high-speed spraying is possible without pause.
