SME-800 is a 736*736mm Powerful Red Glue Stencil Cleaning Machine 80L Liquid Tank Stencil Spray Cleaning Machine.
SUS304 stainless steel material red glue printed smt cooper stencil and plastic mask cleaning machine.
It can clean 3mm thinckness red glue printed stencil and plastic mask.
As a powerful automatic spray cleaning type machine, SME-800 can clean solder paste stencil, red glue stencil, 3mm thickness red glue cooper stencil, 3mm red glue plastic stencil, mis-printed PCB and squeegees.
SME-800 process: water-based liquid wash--DI water rinse--hot air blow dry, all process are complete automatically. SME-800 has 4 fixed cleaning spray rods, 4 fixed air knives 2 one left side and 2 one right side of stencil.
SME-800 stable mechanism structure--4 cleaning spray rods and 4 air knives fixed; stencil moves back and forth in the cabinet .
