Counersink PCB Board
On countersink hole PCB board, there is a conical hole which is cut to allow the flat head screw to be used is called a countersink hole. It can also be called as a conical hole that is cut into a PCB FR4 laminate, or a hole created by using a drill. Countersink holes can be plated or non plated.
Countersink Hole is used on a PCB board that sink the screw head into PCB laminate.so that the board looks clean and flat. For countersink hole, generally speaking, it come into two types of shapes.V figure Count-sink and T figure Count-Sink.
A countersink hole in a PCB creates room for a clean installation and is ideal for tight-fitting applications in very delicate devices. PCB countersink applications found in mobile phones, small wearable devices and
IoT products.
