GE DASH1800/DASH2500 Monitor blood pressure failure maintenance

Fault PHiliphhilipenomenon: blood pressure pump inflated to about 100 pressure is not rising.

Fault diagnosis: The blood pressure module is faulty

Breakdown maintenance: as follows

1. Check the air pump and pipelines and find no air leakage.

2. Blood pressure pump was tested and found to be normal.

3. Press the pump button to vaguely feel air leakage, because there is no air leakage valve and pipeline, so check the vent valve, found that the vent valve leakage.

4. Replace two air relief valves of the same model and the fault is removed.

Fault symptom: Press the pump button does not start.

Fault diagnosis: button problems or blood pressure board problems

Breakdown maintenance: as follows

3. Using a multimeter to test the blood pressure board, it is found that there is only input voltage but no output voltage in a stable voltage block. So there's a problem with that.

Symptom: After starting the device, the battery is low and needs to be charged

Fault diagnosis: Battery damage or mainboard failure

Breakdown maintenance: as follows

1. After replacing a battery, the fault persists.

2. Since the charging circuit of the battery is on the mainboard, the charging circuit on the mainboard was detected, and a resistor next to the voltage comparator was found to be burnt out. As the comparator was also aging, the resistance and voltage comparator of the same model were replaced, and the fault disappeared.

Symptom: Two lines of parameters are displayed on the screen after startup

Fault analysis: because the parameters are normal, so eliminate the motherboard failure.

Fault diagnosis: wiring fault or display fault

Fault symptom: Blood pressure cannot be detected

Fault diagnosis: The blood pressure board may be faulty

Breakdown maintenance: as follows

1. If the device self-test succeeds, the mainboard is in good condition.

2. Blood pressure pump, air valve and sensor are normal.

3. Enter the menu of blood pressure calibration and press start to keep the working pressure of air pump at 240. Press stop button solenoid valve to work. All the instructions are ok, then the fault should appear in the DAS board.

4. The pressure sensor was found damaged by DAS board inspection, and everything returned to normal after replacing with a new pressure sensor
