► Brief Introduction

The LAN/RS232 system interface has two completely isolated ports:

• LAN connections can be used to connect the monitor to a PC for configuration or upgrade using support tools, and for future system extensions.

• RS232 connection can be used to connect the monitor to obstetric information and monitoring systems such as OB TraceVue.

► Removing an Interface Board

The interface board can be accessed from the bottom of the display housing.

1 Invert the display on a scratch - free surface.

2 Press the clip that holds the plate in place and release the plate, as shown in the figure.If the board is too tight to pull out with your fingers, use a small flat-head screwdriver to gently pry the board out.
