Install the battery
This Rechargeable Lithium ion Polymer Battery is for use only when installed on DRX-1 System equipment.
1. First, you need to put the fully charged battery into the detector, but you need to pay attention to inserting the contacts on the rear edge of the battery first, because the battery can only be installed in this way;
2. Push the battery down firmly until the latch is stuck, and the installation is complete.
Removing the single-point latch battery
1. The premise is that CARESTREAM DRX-1 System Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery has a single-point latch;
2. Place the detector near the patient, and the place where it is placed must be a flat surface. Please avoid uneven environments;
3. Place a ballpoint pen tip or other tool into the release slot and push the latch down;
4. You can loosen the battery first for easy disassembly.
Removing the two-point latch battery
1. Place the CARESTREAM DRX-1 System Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery with two-point latch in a flat environment near the patient for easy operation;
2. Press and hold the round button with one hand to release the latch;
3. Use your other hand to pull the pull tab away from the battery;
4. Note: These steps need to be performed at the same time to facilitate battery release and disassembly.
