Description:

- Easy to change, simple and flexible to operate.
- High efficiency, polishing 36 to 48 connectors in one cycle. The first pass yield for end face quality reach 98%～100%
- The fiber polishing fixture is IPC Structure, Independent compression of each connector. The fiber polishing fixture pass rate with Interference> = 98% (100% Typical, according to IEC),
- APC return loss ≥60dB , UPC return loss ≥55dB , Insertion loss ≤0.20dB ( typical)
- The accessories on the fixture can be replaced, Greatly extend the service life.
- Fiber polishing fixture using high quality steel with heated treat, the hardened steel S136 providing long service life.
- This fiber polishing fixture can be designed with the jig of SC, FC, ST, LC, etc, and also according to the customer request.

- Mainly used for polishing fiber optic connector, patchcord, ferrule end face;
- Or non-standard materials like metal, glass, ceramic end face polishing;
- Or precision parts end face polishing.
- Made with high quality, by using hardened steel;
- Adopt central pressurized way to polish, more stable;
- The plugs of connector polishing jig can be interchanged, prolong the service life of grinding plate;
- This fiber polishing jig adopt independent pressurized way, eliminate ferrules show the different length effects on polishing;
