MVI56E-GSC is an authentic enhanced communication module that can be used to interface programmable automation controllers with serial devices via non-specific ASCII devices. This modular, which belongs to the MVI56E series, can also be used to interface PACs with byte value-based serial communication protocols. The MVI56E-GSC comes with enhancement features—including local as well and remote diagnostics options via its Ethernet port. Also, this module is outfitted with CIPconnect technology that helps optimize ControlNet in addition to Ethernet/IP networks.
