1. Problems in bulk copper processing

2. Add T for thin drawer copper
This kind of copper bar is easy to become open during processing. When processing, a new knife should be used. The knife should be small and the feed should not be too large. When processing, the length a can be made accurate, but a large margin (such as 1.0mm) should be left for d, and then the two sides should walk. Each time, the depth h=0.2~1. The depth feed should not be too much, nor should it go around the knife, but should be divided into two sides.
3. Left and right parts and one out of two directions

4. Die direction

When drawing, pay attention to the direction. 5. Fitting tolerance of moulds and products

It is important to select reasonable tolerances, especially some product design drawings do not consider mating problems. The matching of bottom and surface shells is undoubtedly a 0-to-0 matching. The positioning is ensured by the support. The tolerance of concave and convex supports is generally 0.1MM, single side. For the accessories on the big body, such as transparent mirror, the shape of the general accessories should be 0.1~0.2 smaller than the size of the big body on one side. For the movable accessories on the big body, such as buttons, the shape of the accessories should be 0.1~0.5 smaller than the shape of the big body on one side. The surface shape of the fitting on the body should be consistent with the surface shape of the body, and it can come down from the body surface.
6. Ejection angle (draft angle)
The plastic mold shall be made with a mold angle, or it will be scratched. If the drawing does not indicate it, you can discuss with the mold maker. The mold angle is generally 0.5~3 degrees. If the mold is etched, the mold angle should be larger, 2~5 degrees, depending on the thickness of the etched pattern.
