Specification:Perforated Wooden Acoustic Panels is wildly used in public area with it's good sound effect, variety of color and durable finishing. The panels have longitudinal grooves and slats, machined along the length of the panel.These panels are consist of a laminate finished surface, base core board and black acoustic felt attached on the back. The base core board is an 15 mm thick MDF sheet (Middle Density Fiberboard) with a finish laminated to its front face and black acoustic felt adhered to its rear face. It is suitable for dancing hall, hotel, school, exhibition, office, lecture theater etc.
(1)Perforated acoustic board is made of high quality MDF board.
(2)Sound absorption wall panel structures’ finish including: Melamine, Natural veneer, Anti-fire plate, Paint,Metal sheet, Artificial veneer and leather etc.
(3)Acoustic tissue including: The black color and attached at the back side of acoustic panel tissue, has fire retardant and sound absorption function.
Backside cavity of the acoustic panel will influence the performance of perforated
acoustic panel's sound absorbing effect. Increase with the bigger Cavity,especially
in Compact installation,most coefficient shows low degree, only have some
Sound absorption effect in high frequency,reduce noise coefficient is 0.3 only.
