Details of Acoustic Room Dividers
This project is located in San Francisco,American.BUNGE Factory susscessfully helped our American client to divide a big meeting rooms into many small ones.Our client chose the 85 mm thickness melamine surface panels.
There are 5 sets of walls,the width is 25’05’’,the height is 10’.From the ceiling to the concrete floor is also 10’,actually this size was enough for us to hang and install the movable partition walls.Also we provided the angel irons for our clients.
Actually the standard height of the movable partition walls panels can be 2.4 meters,but this project was over 3 meters.So we had divided the partitions into 2 parts.Also our client chose 2 kinds of colors chart for the up and bottom parts.

Q:What is the details about the types of acoustic room dividers?
A:1.Thickness:65 mm,85 mm,100 mm and 125 ultra-high panel.
2.Height:Can be up to 17 meters.
3.Structure:Top hunge system without the need for a floor tracks,only has the ceiling tracks and it will not damage the floor.
4.Panel width:The standard width is about 1000 mm,not over 1200 mm.
Q:What are the finishings about the acoustic room dividers?
A:There are many surfaces for you to choose,such as themelamine,plywood,MDF Board,Natural wood Venner,fabric and the leather surface.In addition,the fabric and the leather surface can be done by soft cover,inside has the sponge.
Q:What is the acoustic room dividers made of?
A:It is a hanging system.There are many fittings for the room dividers,such as the tracks,trolley bearings,frames, sealings and so on.Please find the following picture for the whole structure.
Q:How to operate the acoustic room dividers?
A:When moving the acoustic room dividers,there is a 20-25 mm gap between the top of the panel and the underside of the head tracks.Once the panel is posititioned,acoustic integrity is maintained along the top and the bottom of the panels by extending presure seals.It will be operated by a handle.
Q:How we produce the acoustic room dividers and packing them?
A:Actually,each procedure are produced by BUNGE Factory ourselves,including the fittings.Nowadays,we packed the acoustic room dividers via a paper carton,but outside has the wooden boxes,so that the acoustic room dividers will not damage easily when we deliver to your site.
