Structure:
Sliding partition wall is the evolution of operable partition with blind panels and is a perfect acoustic room divider.
It is the answer to all the requirements of a physical, not visual, partition of the spaces and is a perfect acoustic room divider.
Thanks to its silent sliding system, to its thin structure in anodized aluminium and to the simple sliding of the seals, allows a light and transparent closure.
Feature:
1.The finish board is inserted in the aluminum track, assembled with muti direction wheels; the board can be stored in may different ways.
2.It doesn’t need track on the floor, we only hang the track on the ceilings and it can be at the same plane with the ceiling decoration. It won’t affect the whole decoration style.
3.Around the board ,there is sound insulation rubber, it can help to insulate the sound entering.
4.The operation ways is much easier, it’s better than the old ways which was use spring before.
5.We can add single or double doors on the board for convenience.
Fix sliding partition wall:
Hold the screen with one hand, and put the handle in the hexagonal steel at the 1100 mm side of the screen side material (the position shown in Figure 3). Hold the handle and turn it clockwise by 180 degrees (or continuously shake).The telescopic seal inside the screen will pop up to fix the screen.
Insert the handle into the groove on the side of the screen, and pull the handle upwards to open the expansion screen inside the screen to fix the screen. After putting the entire group of screens, check if the screen is straight? Whether it is on the same plane as the rail, if not straight, retract the upper and lower expansion seals to adjust until the screen is straight.
