Description:

Perforated acoustic panels are a treat for the eye and ear. Anything is possible to customize the room giving it a face with cutting edge technology .

Room acoustics is a real challenge as so many aspect have to be considered.beside good speech intelligibility ,which depends on the room size, the general noise climate should be favourable.

The wood acoustic panels combines all necessary properties in variety of designs, in all absorb er classes. The surfaces are flawless and meet all requirements.

These fine veneers, are produced from the highly competitive melamine coating , and also with a variety of decors or colors according to color chart.

Our wood acoustic panels can be delivered as hardly or normally inflammable MDF versions.. Upon request, we also use formaldehyde-free bonded, with a correspondingly low formaldehyde emissions, and colored amber carrier.

For each room we have the adequate boards, whether it is a reception ,a, conference room, offices, schools gym halls only to name a few, These visually and acoustically effective acoustic panels are all equipped with the relevant test certificates.

In our new production program in you will find non-flammable panels , building material class A2 or B1 flame retardant, tested in the composite surface Preventive fire protection in a wonderful wooden finish or color finish according to NCS.

Installation:

All solid wood products are cellular and are subject to expansion, contraction, or warping. Under normal construction conditions, wood can expand or contract up to 1/8th of an inch per foot. Any wood veneered product is subject to blistering and/or crazing if exposed to excessive moisture, extremely dry conditions or sunlight. Panels should not be subject to high or low humidity. Storage, should preferably be between 40 and 50 percent relative humidity. Storage, even for a short period of time, in areas where the humidity is over 60 or under 30 percent could cause permanent damage to the panels. (See Job Conditions). The manufacturer 

assumes no liability for expansion, contraction, warping, blistering, crazing or decontamination to panels that may have been exposed to extreme conditions. For the best installation results these instruction must be followed exactly.

Easy installation: standardized modular design, install with keel (wood or steel) and clips.

Acoustic performance:

Panels are perforated through and are typically installed with 50 mm of acoustic insulation to the rear or above. Acoustic performance varies dependent on the “open area,” with larger, or more frequent perforations providing higher performance values.
