Sound proof partitions details
Panel Configuration – The sound proof partitions panels are customized to meet specific requirements. Each sound proof partitions board thickness is 65 mm and max width is 1200 mm. Each sound proof partitions panel is welded with a welded aluminum frame and 9mm MDF is mounted on both sides of the outer surface. The internal structure is made of steel mechanism, which combines excellent performance at the top and bottom of the telescopic sound seal. Internal space is filled with less than 64 kg/m3 glass wool.
Overhead track system – specific aluminum alloy rails to meet the necessary stacking requirements. The intersection design should prevent the track wheel from falling into the track groove. Heavy-duty multi-way roller enables easy movement of the sliding partitions for rooms through the ceiling track. The sound proof partition has a unique fast seal winding mechanism and a solid vertical seal edge profile to ensure that all panels fit perfectly.
Sound Seal System – Built-in excellent retractable top and bottom seals are anodized by extruded aluminum channels, rubber sealed, and operated by a handle with a cap lock system with spring-loaded telescopic rods. The vertical seal of each panel is made of thick and tongue-type extruded aluminum laminated with rubber seal.
Top and bottom seals do not collected to the ceiling track and floor during panel’s movement. When the sound seals are combined, the sound proof partitions panel is placed in a stable position, and the top and bottom seals are compressed on the rails and floors by tight acoustic seals, including adjustable telescopic panels.

1) Sound proof partitions interlocking male / female trapezoidal vertical aluminium profiles, for soundproof connection between elements.
2) Sound proof partitions to ensure additional friction connection, shall be integrated with magnetic strip.
3) Sound proof partition is easy element adjustment after installation.
4) Sound proof partitions track system shall be Extruded aluminium, maintenance free with heavy-duty ball bearing steel rollers.
5) Sound proof partitions surface panel shall be of 9mm or 12mm MDF with acoustic treatment to the required level.
