Acoustic partition walls features
The acoustic partition walls are supported from the ceiling track, so there is no floor track to get in the way, no tripping hazard, and no gap to collect debris. When an acoustic bottom seal is required, the seal is activated from within the operable panel.
Aesthetics is vital and we offer a wide range of surface and construction options for acoustic partition walls to meet any project design and functional standards. Surface treatment options include vinyl, fabric, carpet, veneer, high pressure laminates, frescoes and other custom surfaces – MDF finish can allow customers do surface treatment on site.
The acoustic partition wall is made of aluminum frame with excellent durability and rigidity in a wide range of challenging applications. From 2 m to 15 m high, 4 different thickness of aluminum frames to make sure the durable, safety and reliable operation.

Room Partition Wall
Our acoustic room partition wall is a movable soundproof room partition system which forms a removable wall. The acoustic partition walls are often used to temporarily divide a big room into several small rooms. Unlike other room partition materials, our room partition wall has excellent soundproofing performance and they are hanging on an overhead track system.
Panel Configuration – The acoustic room partition wall panels are customized to meet specific requirements. Each acoustic room partition walls thickness is 85 mm and max width is 1200mm. Each single room partition wall panel is welded with a welded aluminum frame and 9mm MDF is mounted on both sides of the outer surface. The internal structure is made of steel mechanism, which combines excellent performance at the top and bottom of the telescopic sound seal. Internal space is filled with less than 64 kg/m3 glass wool.
Overhead track system – specific aluminum alloy rails to meet the necessary stacking requirements. The intersection design should prevent the track wheel from falling into the track groove. Heavy-duty multi-way roller enables easy movement of the sliding partitions for rooms through the ceiling track.
The panel of acoustic partition wall has a unique fast seal winding mechanism and a solid vertical seal edge profile to ensure that all panels fit perfectly.
Sound Seal System – Built-in excellent retractable top and bottom seals are anodized by extruded aluminum channels, rubber sealed, and operated by a handle with a cap lock system with spring-loaded telescopic rods. The vertical seal of each panel is made of thick and tongue-type extruded aluminum laminated with rubber seal.
Top and bottom seals do not collected to the ceiling track and floor during panel’s movement. When the sound seals are combined, the acoustic partition walls panel is placed in a stable position, and the top and bottom seals are compressed on the rails and floors by tight acoustic seals, including adjustable telescopic panels.
