Function and Features:
1. Automatic paper tube replacement device does not need the workers to put the paper tube, it can send out the finished products after rewinding, then reset the rewind immediately. It can adjust any type paper tube in one minute actively.
2. Automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leave 10-18mm tail for the finished products for easy use. It can reduce the shortcut waste and save the cost.
3. Adopt advanced PLC programming technique to achieve man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault showing on the screen.
4. Adopt high-precision spiral soft knife. And pouching with 4 knives has the advantages of low noise, clear pouches and wider adjustable range for the gearbox.
5. Three-layer horizontal paper ejection rack, pneumatic paper loading system and wide paper feeding belts. Each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
6. Embossing Device: adopt point to point double-sided embossing system which makes the two sides match well. And the product is soft and has clear beautiful patterns. (Can be customized)
