1. Unreel with tension to produce high and low level raw paper.
2. Knife-blade is strong enough to operate fast without noise and shaking.
3. Electric controlled counter to ensure the weight of product.
4. As request, the machine can equip with single color or double colors printing device,the pattern is vivid.
5. The machine can equip with two sets of embossing device according to requirement.
6. The max speed of Automatic Color Printing Toilet Paper and Kitchen Towel Rewinding Machine can reach 200 m/min & the production speed can running in 150-180m/min stably. 7. Easy operation and maintenance, save space, need only one operator transfer tissue log after running machine
8. Customer can select our automatic tissue log separator so that greatly improve production efficiency and ensure tissue without secondary pollution by human hands
9. The machine will stop when the paper broken. It avoid waste caused by no paper or paper broken.
Jumbo roll stands:
1. it is used to unwinding big jumbo roll.
2. it equipped with uniquely designed pneumatic loading unit, which will be easy load and change jumbo rolls to save your worker labor, and improve production efficient.
3. there are 2 jumbo roll stands, also can be customized 3-4 stands as your demands.
4. The whole stand structure is wrong wallboard type, steady running.
5. It is Independent motor drive, with individual tension control device.
