General Description
F-T8 model paper roll wrapping machine is very economical and efficient packaging machine for hygienic rolls. It is dedicated to pack single or double toilet or kitchen towel rolls in film.
This roll wrapper is easy to operate, it is full servo driven and controlled by the most advanced motion controller SIMOTION D, origin Siemens brand, which allows extremely reliable production process. It reaches output production speed over 140 packs/minute. With a very low cost of maintenance and with compact dimensions, this wrapper is ideal for mid-range or large-range converting lines.
1) This wrapper is easy to operate, it is fully servo driven, controlled by the most advanced motion controller Siemens SIMOTION D which allows extremely reliable production process. It reaches output production speed 160 packs/min to give you the leading edge for quality packs at high speed.
2) User friendly HMI with aided operation & changeovers, variety of packaging configurations are available. We can design all kinds of packaging configurations according to customer’s requirements.
3) Option for 5 lanes infeed function and vertical toilet rolls configurations.
4) Selecting bearings, reducers, guide rails, sliders, and various photoelectric chooses from the world's well-known brands. At the same time, rugged components used in all areas to reduce vibration and ensure long-term reliability.
5) This wrapper can have perfect packs even running in high speed.
6) The use of motor adjustment is convenient and quick, providing an extremely easy, quick changeover time.
