PJ Series Pump For Pumping Pulp Paper Pulp Pump With Customized Materials
Product instruction:
1. The open impeller pulp centrifugal pump is a new energy-saving pulp pump, which is with high efficiency, without leakage, good anti-clogging ability, stable operating performance.
2. The impeller is full-open. The seal is the mechanical seal made of high quality material.
3. The gap between wear plate and impeller is adjustable, and the shaft seal is mechanical seal and made of high quality material.
4. Apply to the transfer liquid of temperature ≤110°C (230°F) & concentration ≤ 6% in light industry or papermaking. It is also used in industry & city water supply & drainage.

High efficiency and energy saving. The efficiency is 3-10% higher than the conventional pulp pump on average, energy saving and consumption reducing up to 15-30%
Cavitation performance, long life. Actual service life is 2-3 times higher than ordinary pulp pump
High concentrations, no plug. Transportation of pulp concentration of up to 6%
Reasonable structure, easy maintenance. Maintenance without dismantling piping, just move the motor backwards, you can carry out the disassembly and repair of the pump.
Application:
1. Paper industry: used for conveying concentration below 6% pulp and alkali recovery medium in industrial processes, improve and pressurized circulating transport;
2. The sugar industry: used for conveying concentration below 4%, syrupviscosity below 150mm2/s;
3. The city sewage industry: the sewage treatment process for the cycle ofmedium conveying, lifting and pressing.
