Leading Edge Delivery System

* Can transport rigid thin paperboard and corrugated plate E three.
* The auxiliary feeding paper of high pressure centrifugal fan can be adjusted according to the degree of bending of the board,and make sure that the paper is smooth.
* The left and right side of the side plate manually adjusted.
* The upper and lower clearance of the front baffle is adjusted manually,and the automatic locking device is automatically locked.
* After the position of the electric power adjustment,adjustment is simple,fast.

Paper Feed Roller

* Paper feeding roller adopts rubber roller (154mm).
* Send rolls of paper and dynamic balance correction with seamless steel and outsourcing of wear resistant rubber,elastic buffering effect,to avoid damaging paperboard and mis-operation waste.
* The surface of the paper feed rubber shaft is provided with a groove,the minimum degree of pressure is reduced,and the breaking strength of the corrugated cardboard is avoided.
* Send paper roller surface knurling roller steel,hard chromium plating,the dynamic balance, increase friction feed.
* The paper roll gap for manual adjustment, dial display,adjust the range of 1-12mm,and there is a self locking device,after the adjustment is automatically locked,the adjustment is simple and convenient.

Operation Function

* Template and die carpet rollers in die-cutting status by cylinder eccentric device automatically disengages from the can reduce the machine idle load extending the life of die carpet rubber and die cutter.
* Planetary type structure phase adjustment,360 degrees running,stop,positive and negative can operate,phase modulation precision up to 0.1mm convenient version,version of the operating.
* The die cutting roller gap adjustment,adjust the range of 1-12mm,using the cross slider connection,adjust the gear always ensure that the correct position of the meshing.

Template Roll

* Alloy structural steel seamless steel pipe processing and grinding,hard chromium plating.
* The standard template type roller fixing screw spacing (axial radial 18mm,100mm;equal) the convenience of customers also customized template.
* Die height 25.4mm.
* Cutting board thickness:16mm (three layers of cardboard);13mm (five layers of cardboard).

Rubber Pad Roller

A:1)We provide training in our factory for free; 2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training.You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations,plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8.Do you have machines in stock?
A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
Q12.Do you accept factory visiting?
A:Warmly welcome for your visiting.
