Features
PRY-1100 fully automatic cardboard laminating machine,using new type feeder vacuum paper guide to face paper and body paper separately,and adopting overlap paper feed way, so paper feed process are more steady and precise.Pasting to the body paper is based on different surface paper equipment,so we can adjust thickness system, even if the machine is running,the pasting will still keep thinner and evener,therefore,it achieves effevts of increasing work efficiency and saving glue water.Couple high strength grip paper compound roller to locate,paste,first press the face and body paper,then the two paper will be pressed four times by strong pressing in roller to delivery stacker,at last the products will be piled in three sided even way,and height of the piled papers can reach 1650mm.This machine adopts Siemens PLC programmable controller,multipoled pressure,automatic control hydraulic station.The finished product is not only precise in laminating,but also very firm and even.Meanwhile,they will directly enter into next process such as die cutting without glue drying.Automatic production and high dfficiency greatly reduce output cost,can help company create considerable benefit.This automatic production and high efficiency greatly reduce output cost,can help company create considerable benefit.
1.Adopted imported bearing which have high precision and long service life;
2.All of the wallboard adopted HT250 gray iron which is cast from resion sand mould;
3.The wall thickness of the paper fix roller and pressure roller is 28-29mm;
4.4 pressure rollers press by hydraulic gear drive;
5.Main transmission adopted helical gear drive;
6.The whole machine is controlled by PLC programmed controller.And the inverter with customers;
7.Detect no sheet,double sheet,crooked sheet,jam sheet and stop by full-process automatic photoelectric control system;

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
