Introduction:
1. The machine adopts imported and the most advanced PLC programmable controller, With safety protection and alarm device, Ensure machine high-speed stability, a variety of Settings can be operated on the touch screen easily.
2. Adopt side sealing design, packaging length is no limited, The sealing line height can be adjusted according to the height of packing products.
3. The Sealing knife adopt the United States DuPont teflon coating ,anti-sticking, High temperature resistant alloy knife, the sealing will not crack, not coking and no smoke, no pollution.
4. Assembles one horizontal and one erect sensor for the entrance to the sealer it is easy to switch over ,even for some thin products, it is also easy to pack them.
5. When pack different sizes of products, it is simple to adjust, need not to exchange any molds or any bag making device.
6. Adopts OMRON digital temperature controller with PID function, sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, can set temperature optionally, the cutter itself has a protective function, avoid from damage the products.
7. The machine can connect production line and unmanned operation.
8. BM – 500L under high-speed and heating circulation wind chamber is equipped with imported frequency controller, can adjust the speed of blowing air volume and transportation, adopt high temperature resistant silicone tube and roller conveyor belt, each all is free to rotate, in order to achieve the best effect of contraction.
