Features

ZKT-A series window patching machine could been used for normal pasting,v-cutting and creasing line.It equipped with 11 groups of servo motors in paper feeder part,chain rail pusher part,the suction belt part,gluing roller part,film suction drum part,the cutting knife part and film feeding part.Touch screen computer controls the machine,and has the magic eye tracking compensation system,equal to every movement has the servo to tracking.This is a complete motion control system,error compensation system,high precision!Intelligent operation,convenient staff training.

Configuration

Servo System

The whole machine adopts intelligent motion control system (a total of 11 sets of servo systems) and man-machine interface.The
 close cooperation between the servo and the photoelectric sensor enables the deviation of the product to be effectively monitored and corrected at each parts,and finally make the high quality products that customers need.

The Paper Feeding Part

The paper feeding part adopts servo photoelectric to feeding paper,input the length and speed on the touch screen,so that make the paper feeding is fast and accurate. Suitable for cardboard and corrugated paper with laminating,reverse UV,nano UV,oil and
 water varnishing.In addition,the punching part is reserved,which is suitable for paper output smoothly of thin paper and slightly warped paper.

The Pin Paper Feeding Part

The pin paper feeding part adopts servo control,which can be operated directly on the touch screen,it can change the angle to adjust the connection speed between the paper and the pin,so that make different papers can be fed more stably and smoothly.

The Suction & Conveying Part

The suction and conveying part adopts a combination of servo and blower,which can change the wind force according to different
 paper specifications,so that make the paper was always adsorbed on the conveyor belt stably.

The Gluing Part

The gluing part is composed of servo motor, cylinder,photoelectric,solenoid valve,304 stainless steel roller,glue separating guide plate,side limiter and gluing roller,which can be easily pulled out for setting and cleaning conveniently.Adjustable glue separating guide plate to control the glue range and outflow volume.After stopping machine,the cylinder can lift the gluing roller and drive it with another independent servo motor to avoid the glue from solidifying.The gluing roller can freely adjust its position axially and radially without stop the machine.Once meet with double sheets or empty sheet in the gluing part,the gluing part have the function of lifting glue,which prevents the glue from contacting the suction belt effectively.

The Film Cutting,V-cut & Creasing Part

The film cutting and film with corner cutting and creasing parts are controlled by servo motor and automatic deviation correction,
 with high precision.This machine can produce normal pasting,single or double corner cutting and creasing,horizontal corner
 cutting and creasing(optional),and customization of some special-shaped windows (optional).The film mechanism also adopts servo control,which can be jogged as a whole,fine-tuned left and right,and quickly aligned with the window.

The Film Feeding Part

The film feeding part uses an air expansion shaft to load the film,and automatically corrects the deviation to keep the film feeding in a straight line.The automatic tension function will always change the tension according to the diameter of the roll of film,making the servo film feeding more stable,eliminating stretching and reducing inertia.At the same time,it is also equipped with the function of printed film side tracking and stop due to lack of film.

The Collecting Part

The collecting part has the counting function, which can be counted in batches,and has automatic machine stop function when has
 paper jam.

A:1)We provide training in our factory for free;

2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training.

You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations,plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8.Do you have machines in stock?

A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.

And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.

If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
