PRY-1150 Flute Laminating Machine
Features
PRY-1150 automatic card mounting machine,with a speed of 4000 sheets/hour.The vacuum pump drives Feeder and paper feeding.There is a double sheet control in front of the paper feeding.When the paper is fed with two or more sheets,the inclined sheet will stop automatically.
The pressing part is composed of a group of large rollers and two groups of small rollers. The diameter of the large roller is 320mm and the diameter of the small roller is 160mm. The large roller is equipped with teeth. The paper is bitten by the large roller,and then the finished product is produced after pressing between the two small rollers.It's main working performance is:less glue,fast drying and good paper stiffness.
PRY-1150 automatic card mounting machine is driven by frequency converter.The whole machine is controlled by PLC.There is a pressure of 50 tons between the two rollers of the machine.

Feeding Section & Feeder

High speed Feida is directly driven by servo motor (traditional transmission shaft configuration),and some parts are imported and assembled in China.It has a four suction and two feeding structure with strong paper suction. The suction head can adjust various paper suction angles according to the deformation of the paper,which can better ensure the smooth paper feeding from thin paper to large gram paper jam; Equipped with Feida head quick adjustment device.Equipped with 3-channel Feida head anti-collision device to protect Feida head.
Transportation
The paper feeding part is driven by synchronous belt;The paper feeding accessories are changed to general type, and the paper feeding is relatively stable;Using servo motor to directly drive Feida, the structure is more stable.In order to cope with various complex and changeable box shapes of modern packaging, the ultra-small format paper feeding device can easily make up, set the most economical production paper format and greatly enhance the competitiveness.

Embossing Section

The large roller is made of high-grade 45 steel after heat treatment,high-temperature quenching and surface chromium plating.Resin sand cast iron is selected for the main engine wallboard and base to ensure the long-term reliable and stable operation of the whole machine.The tooth row adopts super hard stainless steel profile to achieve accurate positioning in high speed operation.The driving chain adopts the reinforced chain imported from Japan to improve the accuracy and stability of the machine and prolong the service life.

Delivery Section

The paper is fed into the receiving table by the conveyor belt and automatically drops to the bottom.Two way pneumatic automatic and neat paper receiving,convenient operation and labor saving.

Electric Control System

The advanced national safety standards in Europe and America are adopted for electrical components and electrical circuits.The electrical cabinet adopts air cooling device to effectively ensure the normal operation of electrical control under hightemperature conditions.The interface controls are integrated, and a large number of electrical switch controls are involved in the operation interface,which is simple and easy to operate. PLC controls the operation and fault monitoring system of the whole machine.
Product Advantage
Traditional paper mounting machine,are using glue to glue coating on the surface of the paper,with a large amount of adhesive,because of the glue ingredient is water,and accounts for the absolute big ingredients,this glue,the greater the amount of water,the more the longer drying,framed the paper after crisp degree,flatness is not good,poor adhesiveness, easy come unglued,variant,mold and other problems.The e card mounting machine produced by our company is to use very little glue,strong and balanced pressure,break the fiber on the glue surface of the paper,glue coated in the pores of the paper,forced bonding,so the paper mounted stiff, flatness,bonding fastness is more superior.

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
