The polymerization of HF-8118 powder by direct polymerization of starch polymer resin materials formed by laminating glue,do not add any filler,glue consumption compared with the traditional.Biaozhi glue adhesive products decreased by 30%. after the machine paper moisture decreased significantly;cardboard compressive strengthen,available data compression instrument test contrast significantly increased after drying,laminating glue:in the paper fit is crystalline,low glue consumption mounted products in rainy season is not easy to regain, solve customers bring soft box during the rainy season Ihe resurgence of the phenomenon;strict products through the EU ROHS certification,has no effect on human health and the environment is not suitable for high speed,medium speed laminating machine,paper mounting card machine, laminating tile,special laminating three layers and five layers of paper etc..

Method of Use
1.This product deployment (refer to HF-8118 polymerization rubber powder deployment instructions) into the glue directly into the glue tank.Stick The surface should be evenly coated.
2.The initial adhesive force:very strong,fast drying,cardboard compression.
3.Random down mounted paper,pressure should be continued for a period of time,time should not less than 3-5 minutes,(this time) Adhesive strength of the adhesive is very critical,if the cardboard,corrugated cardboard and other large elastic pressure time can be Slightly longer.
4.The amount of glue depending on the sticky paper,depending on the size of the different specifications of the control volume of corrugated paper.
5.The concentration of oxidation to complete the glue coated with -4 cup measuring flow rate of 25-28 seconds,the amount of 22~25 grams per square.

1.This product should not be mixed with other types of glue,before mixing can be used on the machine. 2.When the glue will be poured out and immediately wash with water and rubber drum.
3.The whole package of products used,shall not be sub packet modulation,storage, please pay attention to moisture.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
