PRY-2000 Printing Slotting and Die Cutting Machine

Features

This machine can simultaneously carry out three-color printing,slitting,creasing,trimming, slotting,die-cutting, and other multi-processes on cardboard.It adopts a Taiwan roller-type front positioning automatic paper feeding mechanism,adjustable air volume,and frequency control.The whole machine is convenient,fast,and flexible.The transmission gear is made of 40-60Cr high-quality alloy steel,material carburized and quenched; the main transmission gear and transmission shaft adopt up tight key-free coupling method which enlarges the virtual position;cancelling the wear of the center,so that the printing press can maintain a prolonged accuracy. The machine has an accurate color register,fine printing pattern;besides it’s easy to use and maintain due to its high degree of automation.

Configuration

Machine Clutch

*Electrically controlled machine clutch with an alarm bell and continuous bell warning during travel to ensure the safety of operators.
*Pneumatic interlock device.
*Motor start protection device for the main machine, the main machine cannot be operated when the whole machine is not locked.

Lead Edge Rollers-Paper Feeding System

*Suction wind-assisted paper feeding,fan 7.5KW,according to the different conditions of cardboard bending,adjusts wind volume to ensure smooth paper (Frequency conversion adjustment of air volume)
*Equipped with a Taiwanese roller-type front positioning automatic paper feeding mechanism.
*Electric adjustment of side stopper and backstop box position.

Dust Removal Device

Equipped with a brush dust removal device,to remove the impurities on the printing surface of cardboard and improve the printing quality.

Paper Feeding Rollers

*The outer diameter of the upper feed roll is coated with wear- resistant rubber.
*The outer diameter of the lower feed roller is Ø136mm, plated with hard chrome.
*The paper feed roll gap dial is manually adjusted, the adjustment range is 1.2 ~ 12mm.

Printing Roll(Plate Roll)

*The outer diameter is Ø400mm (including the outer diameter of the plate).

Upper and Lower Paper Feeding Rollers

Anilox Rollers

*The outer diameter is Ø200mm,wall thickness 22mm.
*Made with steel tube with a ground surface,embossed mesh,hard chrome plating.
*Balance correction to ensure a smooth running.
*Mesh number is 200 for the first group,220 for the second group,and 240 for the third group.
*Cooperate with the paper feeding system pneumatic automatic lifting device (the anilox roller descends and touches the printing plate when feeding the paper,and the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate when the paper feeding stops)
*The anilox roller is equipped with a sprag-type overrunning clutch, which is convenient and fast for ink leveling and washing.

Phase Adjustment Mechanism

*Planetary gear structure.
*Phase saving function,one key adjustment.
*The printing phase is controlled by a phase meter and electric digital 360°adjustment. (Running and stopping can be adjusted)
*Manual adjustment of lateral position,adjustment distance ±7.5mm.

Ink Cycle

*Pneumatic diaphragm pump,stable ink supply,easy operation,and maintenance.
*Ink and oil filter,filtering impurities,water,and ink separation.

Printing phase Fixtures

When the machine is separated or the phase is adjusted,the brake mechanism limits the machine rotation and keeps the original gear position fixed point.

Main Drive Gear

*Material:60Cr high quality alloy steel,carburized and quenched processing.
*Grade 7 precision (same grade as automobile transmission gears) smooth running,low noise,hardness HRC58-62,long life,basically no wear within 10 years; can achieve long-term printing register.

Key-Free Connection Ring

Adopts an up-tightening key-free connection,which can make the shaft and gear have a seamless connection,there will be no clearance when using ample torque,and it is more convenient for installation and maintenance,which can make the long-term transmission accuracy high to ensure the printing register.

Die Cutting Roller(Lower Roller)

*The surface of 45# coil steel material is ground and plated with hard chrome.
*Balance correction to increase running stability.
*The distance between the die fixing screw holes is 100mm.
*Applicable die height 25.4mm.
*Wood formwork thickness: 16mm (for three-layer boards) 13mm (for five-layer boards)

Rubber Roller(Upper Roller)

*The surface of 45# coil steel material is ground and plated with hard chrome.
*Balance correction to increase running stability.
*The gap can be manually adjusted with the die roller.

*The thickness of the rubber is 10mm (outer diameter 408mm),and the width is 250mm.
*Made with high quality PU;it’s removable, so that the new rubber can be replaced quickly and the precision of die-cutting can be restored.
*Detachable automatic grinding device for PU rubber,the linear speed of PU rubber wheel has an automatic compensation function,which can automatically compensate the line speed after grinding PU rubber,so as to maintain the accuracy of each batch of cartons.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.

And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.

If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
