The machine is PLC-controlled, with all operations managed seamlessly through a user-friendly PLC touchscreen. The entire process is fully automated, ensuring ease of operation while significantly reducing labor costs. The production process is: Unreeling — color printing---Perforating— Rewinding— Tail gluing— Edge trimming---Automatic core loading.
Feature and Function
The system features an automatic core feeding mechanism, along with an automatic log pusher after rewinding, enabling seamless rewinding of new logs.
2. It performs automatic edge-trimming, core feeding, glue spraying, and sealing in a single operation.
3. A tail of 10-18mm is left, facilitating easy rewinding and reducing waste, thereby saving costs.
4. Employing advanced international PLC programmable control technology, it offers a user-friendly man-machine interface with data setting and parameterized fault display on the touch screen.
5. Three horizontal back stands support the system, with a pneumatic loading mechanism and wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
6. The Embossing Unit utilizes point-to-point embossing rollers, ensuring perfect alignment between layers and resulting in soft paper with clear patterns.7. Jogging switches are incorporated for wearing the paper, ensuring easy and safe operation.
