The vacuum suction roll is an important component for drawing paper from the wire section to the press section, and is composed of a roller body, a vacuum box body, a water spray pipe, an adjusting screw and a pressure meter, and a vacuum indicating instrument. The vacuum box is stationary in the roller body. It consists of a high vacuum chamber and a low vacuum chamber. When the vacuum suction roll is running, the shell will rotate along the vacuum box, and the narrow hole will pass through the hole of the shell. The gap enters the vacuum box, and the high and low vacuum chambers play the role of wet paper web peeling, adsorption transfer and dehydration respectively.
