Rubber covered vacuum press roll in the paper making machine
The vacuum press roll is an important component of the press section of a paper machine and is mainly used for dewatering of wet paper sheets. It comprises a body layer, a surface layer and an inner cavity of the roller shell. The body layer and the surface layer are provided with through holes connected, and the surface layer is provided with a blind hole. The utility model is provided with blind holes between the through holes. Under the premise of not affecting the strength and overall structure of the vacuum press roll, the maximum opening rate of the surface of the vacuum roll is improved, and the dewatering capacity of the vacuum roll is improved. The overall strength of the vacuum press roll is not affected; the reduction of the dewatering flow path allows it to adapt to high vehicle speeds. At the same time, the inner cavity of the roll shell has only one vacuum zone, the roll core structure is simpler, and the manufacturing and use costs are low.
