Self-cleaning vibrating frame flat screen is a device used by pulp and paper mills to screen pulp and improve pulp quality. This equipment is suitable for the screening of various pulps such as wood pulp, straw pulp, waste paper pulp, etc., and can continuously screen various impurities in pulp suspension, such as plastic, rubber, vinyl chloride, hot melt and coarse residue , Residual knots, etc.
This machine has a simple structure, strong slag discharge capacity and low noise. The flat bottom screen is easy to manufacture and convenient to operate and maintain.
The working principle of the self-washing vibrating frame flat screen is that the motor drives the main shaft to rotate at a high speed. At this time, the biasing wheels at both ends of the main shaft generate a large centrifugal force, which makes the screen frame suspended on the spring vibrate in an elliptical trajectory. The surface of the sieve plate is drilled with sieve holes of Φ2 to Φ12mm or sieve slots with a width of 0.5 to 0.75mm to meet the screening requirements of different slurry. An air-sealing chamber with a certain height is connected to the bottom of the screen frame. After the motor starts to operate, the slurry level of the slurry tank is adjusted above the bottom of the air-sealing chamber, so that the sieve plate is above the slurry liquid level in the slurry tank. When vibrating, the air sealed in the airtight chamber will generate pressure pulsation. When the sieve plate moves upward, the slurry is dipped into the slurry tank through the sieve holes, so that the sieve plate is continuously self-cleaned without blocking the sieve plate, which not only keeps the sieve plate clean and smooth, but also improves the screening quality and production capacity.
