The process of the production:
1. pulping system: including the hydrapulper, pump, disk mill, water tank, pulp tank, mixer, etc..to make the waste paper into pulp.
2. forming system: including the molding machine, molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller to make the pulp into wet trays.
The raw material is any wastepaper(without plastic) and water.
Egg tray machine Working Theroy:
1. Egg Tray Pulping System:
Put the waster paper into the hydrapulper , the paper and water will mix in hydrapulper ,then go to the refiner machine ,refiner machine make the pulp more small and uniform ,then the pulp pump absorb the pulp to the pulp pool .after the second mix in the pulp pool ,the pulp will go to the form machine pulp tank .
2. Egg Tray Molding Forming System :
The Egg Tray Molding Forming System consists of various equipment and dies.
The wet forming section consists of a series of wire screen covered wet forming dies mounted on a molding drum, and a matching set of transfer dies mounted on a transfer mechanism.
The egg tray forming die is made up of rigid corrosive resistant metal or ABS engineering plastic and consists of many component parts that are drilled with small drainage holes and covered by prior to formed stainless steel screens.
The forming die, mounted on the molding drum is rotated at a uniform speed, immersing it in a taper flow vat containing the pulp slurry of about 1% consistency of fibers in recycled water. A vacuum system attracts the fibers to deposit on the forming die screens as the suspending recycle water is drawn through the screen and drainage holes.
The vacuum pump will offer the vacuum to make the forming mould absorb the pulp from the pulp tank. One PLC cabinet will control the pulp absorb time ,the finished product will be shaped on the forming mould ,then the transfer mould transfer the products to the drying line ,the air compressor will give the air to blow the products ,then the products will drop down from the mould.
