| OEM Overview: | OEM/ODMESR raw material (Electroslag Refining/Remelting) Through SENDA Electroslag Refining/Remelting, the largest metal ingot can reach 3 tons in SENDA factory. The ingot obtained by this remelting/refining process is very homogeneous and free of internal defects. The segregation of the ingot (called macro-segregations ) are substantially eliminated and the segregations of crystals (called macro-segregations) are significantly reduced. The ESR remelted material enhance following mechanical characteristics:
Forging ALL the blade/knife The largest electro-hydraulic hammer is 4.5 ton, with more than 6 skilled workers. After forging, the inside microstructure grow much closer and the metal grain size becomes much smaller. It can elevate the characteristics and quality of the blade, ensuring a longer life.
Professional heat treatment technology
SENDA has independent workshop for heat-treatment process with couples of skilled technicians. Actually, most blades ( thickness ≤100mm) can be fully hardened. Thus, the blades can be used after repairing until the size reached the Min. design dimension. a. vaccum heat-tratment b. salt-bath heat treatment
Alloy pressing and sintering In the molding process, tungsten carbide powder is filled in and then pressurized by press machine. After demolding, the products with needed shapes and sizes can be obtained. And Senda can independently complete the alloy sintering process. Heat the powder products to the sintering temperature and maintain for a certain time (holding time), and then cool them, the final products can satisfy all the requirements of customers for the performance indicator of cutting tools of tungsten carbide knives.
SENDA accept third party inspection , SGS, ITS, BV etc. To improve the customer experience and maintain strict standards of product quality, SENDA introduced SGS third party to escort the product quality. Through strict inspection and testing, product, process, system and service in accordance with national and international regulations and standards.
SENDA has complete quality feedback system. SENDA takes responsibility for any failure caused by us, and reproduce new blades for you for free. But we seldom receive claim about the quality of our products. Before the delivery, we all check the quality for every piece of blades. We will never send out products with problems.
SENDA also provide analysis and solutions for shear problems. We can provide technical service from our engineer to assist you in realizing a high quality output, according to the on-site working experience.

Advanced smelting process
The company chooses medium-frequency induction furance to melt raw materials. During this process, lots of impurities and harmful gas are filitered out. The final raw material are pure and without casting segregation.

based on more than 20 years production experience, the company worked out a strict temperature control criteria and professional inspectors.

Senda history:
1998 the founder Alex Lee established the Senda factory, there’s only 6 employees at the beginning.
2000 Senda built the own heat-treatment workshop for the blades.
2003~2005 we build the cooperation with the largest steel factory in China, Bao Steel, on the research and development of new material, and providing the blades for Bao Steel.
2006~2007 Senda invite German professionals to our factory to guide the heat-treatment process and technology, and perfect our quality management system and new testing equipment.
2008 Senda knives for metal industrials were ready for export.
2011~2013 Senda developed the SLD material specially used for shearing high strength steel. And we also start to make the tungsten carbide knives.
2016 Senda expand the office in Wuxi city, where near Shanghai, for overseas business handling.
Till now, we are still focus on research and development of new material and products, seeking more foreign markets shares to build a popular brand.
