Servo motors operate independently, control each station with considerable precision, and work together to coordinate synchronous movements. Replace the design with hooks/sequencers on the market and hooks on paper cups. It offers flexibility, speed, affordable capital costs and low maintenance.
Full Servo High Speed 140-170 Pcs / Min China Automatic Paper Cup Making Machines
This machine has powerful functions. The paper cup upper and lower die drive mechanism adopts crankshaft control and servo motor to replace the traditional cam drive. The most important thing is that it does not need lubricating oil, which solves the wear problem of cams and bearings when the machine runs at high speed. Using hot air heating system, the bottom sealing is more firm and watertight. This paper cup machine changed the sealing process after that. First, Leister's hot air heats the paper cups, and then a second pass of Leister's hot air heats the bottom air before the next assembly. The seal on the bottom of the paper cup is stronger even when the machine is running at high speed. The new design improves the effect of the lower paper cup. The paper cup machine has an advanced paper cup servo indexing mechanism, which replaces the traditional paper cup machine with a servo indexing mechanism. Servo indexing mechanism does not need to be lubricated with oil, requires no maintenance, and is easy to install. While the machine is shifting, the machine is more flexible in self-adjustment even if the machine is working in poor operating conditions.
