Paper Cup Sleeve Machine Equipment Introduction

MY-100A double wall cup machine is double layer cup forming machine. It comes with open intermittent indexing cam mechanism and gear transmission, longitudinal axis structures. The whole machine adopts automatic lubrication system, which makes all mechanical parts working much more smoothly. It has functions of automatic paper feeding row by row, ultrasonic sealing, paper cylinder transferred by mechanical arm, oiling, bottom folding, stepping glueing system, air cylinder system and double wall paper cup stacking.
It has invertor for auto speed adjusting, stops automatically if any problem controlled by sensors, so that the machine is well protected and becomes more durable.
We adopt separate cam drivers on the left and right of cup side sealing device, with open-cam structure, and the working status is quiet and stable, which is the top technology owned by us in China. It can make cups with different sizes by changing molds.

Applications

JBZ-DW100 paper cup sleeve machine is designed for paper cup afterward process. Its main function is to wrap and sleeve printed blank perfectly to the cups. The out-layers have heat-resistant function, it can increase the strength and can have good printing effect of the cups.

Bottom folding and knurling two processes:

In the first step,the bottom of the sleeve is prefolded by the mould to improve the forming strength of the hollow sleeve.The second bottom knurling process is stabilized by knurling motor knurling.

Sensor
With auto failure detection sensor, and if machine is running into troubles,it will show error information in touch screen to remind the client to solve it, which is good for machine maintaining.
