Machine introduction
1. Applicable base paper weight 80-600g; base paper diameter 1200mm; base paper width 1600mm; slitting width ≥30mm (tools can be configured according to different needs of customers)
2. The host motor is Shanghai Qiangsu Hengshui Yongshun (11kw), with adjustable speed. Easy to adjust production speed.
3. The inverter is a product of Enrici. This product is a well-known domestic brand with high practical value, low failure rate and low repair rate. The motor is controlled by frequency conversion to adjust the speed of the machine.
4. The paper feeding method is shaftless hydraulic paper feeding, which is stable and replaces the traditional paper feeding with shaft, which makes paper feeding faster and saves labor. The clamping is also a hydraulic device, which replaces the electric clamping to relax. The hydraulic clamping is not easy to damage the inner core of the paper shaft and also protects the mechanical part.
