Working process
Quotation:
We will offer quotation against receipt of your detailed specification, such as material, size, color, finishing,quantity, delivery term, etc.
Production procedure:
Artwork design → Film output → Plate copying → Printing → Finishing → Die-cutting → Gluing → Packing
Sampling procedure:
Customer's inquiry → Supplier's quotation → Customer accept quotation → Customer send artwork design → Supplier draw die line → Artwork&die line ok → Customer send PO to supplier for sampling → Supplier send sales contract to customer → Customer pay sampling charge → Supplier start sampling → Sample ready and sent
Ordering procedure:
Sample approved → Customer send PO → Supplier send sales contract → PO & Sales contract approved by both parties → Customer pay 50% as deposit → Supplier start mass production → Goods ready for shipment → Customer settle balance → Supplier arrange shipment or Client's forwarder pick up goods from factory → Order finished

Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for our reference. Samples will
be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for your
reference.
Q2: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI
Q3: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
Generally,5-7 days for samples making
- The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art etc.
For your information, one month can made about 600000pcs paper tubes.
Q4: Do you have stock products to sell?
- No.We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution etc
will depend on your requests. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
Q5: Do you inspect the finished products?
--Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC
department before shipping.
Q6: How do you ship the finished products?
- By sea (35-45 days,cheap,but slow,use for big volume)
- By plane (15-20days,most of our clients like this way)
- By courier, TNT,DHL, UPS,FEDEX etc. (3-7days,fast but expensive,use for small goods)
Q7: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
-We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
