Main description
This papermaking line is used to produce kraft paper of 3600mm width and 100-150 g/m2. From this papermaking line, we will get big jumbo rolls of kraft paper, and the max. diameter of the kraft paper jumbo roll reaches 1100mm.
Wire table frame description of papermaking line
| 1- Adopts cantilever wire changing mold. |
| 2- It is composed of breast roll lifting rotary arm, bracket, cushion block and base etc. All cross beams are welded by Q235A steel plate. |
| 3- The cantilever beam is under vacuum couch roll. Its cavity also act as couch roll's drain pipe line. The cantilever side of each cantilever beam in transmission side connects with the base plate's rack by bolts. |
| 4- The T shape groove in the beam is used for fixing dewatering elements. The position of dewatering elements is adjustable according to technological requirements. |
| 5- The contact surface scraping error is not more than 0.05mm, to ensure the flatness and verticality. |
