Description
Pre-installation is necessary before delivery. The purpose of pre-installation is for easy installation and reduce the time. So after finish production, we will make pre-installation to the note book paper making machine in our factory.
We make pre-installation of the headbox, wire section, press section, dryer section, sizing machine and reeling machine as well.
| Headbox | Foundation, pipes, electrical complete pre-installed, adjustable limit switches and position sensor, trial running on upper lip plate. |
| Wire forming section | Installation frame and a roller transfer device, drive roll, breast roll and the guide roll to the frame. |
