Description
When design the fourdrinier news paper machine, we should consider the output paper quality, enery saving and operation cost as well. To save steam consumption, many customers choose closed machine hood.
Our closed machine hood is carefully designed and precision machining part. Frame is made of steel of sufficient strength (comply with the performance specification of steel structure), which guarantees sufficient strength, rigidity, and no deformation. Material: A235-A, remove rust, paint two times of high temperature resistant, anti-rusty primers, and two times of high temperature resistant, anti-rusty top coat.
1- Column, beam, longitudinal and cross beam are carbon steel, fixed to paper machine frame.
2- Longitudinal beam: section steel, 25B
3- Cross beam: H shape steel
4- Column: H shape steel 100*150
