| 2 | Couch roll | Dia450mm. Roll body is machined from seamless steel tube. Net wall thickness is 12mm. Two ends adopts double flange interference welded. Spindle nose is 45# steel, tempering and hardening treatment. The surface cover rubber after precision machining. Rubber thickness is 25mm. And rubber hardness is “A” 38°±2°. Journal head taper 1:12, fine grinding with bearing and with hydraulic oil withdraw hole. |
