Synthetic polycrystaline diamond compact (PDC)is composed polycrystalline diamond layer and cemented carbibe substrate.It is a kind of super-abrasive product sintered under supper-high pressure and at high temperature.With excellent wear-ability,this very hard product has impact toughness.PDC mainly used for making driling bits for coalmine drilling,geological drilling bits and petroleum drilling.We can cut the PDC cutter to different shapes as your requirements,just like,the square shape,half-moon shape,fan shapped,etc.

1.Sharp-edge PDC cutter mainly used for making PDC coring bits,it can make the bits have a faster drilling speed in soft and medium rocks than normal flat type;
